| Q: |
How do I change my password?
|
| A: |
Hold your mouse over the word "Options" found at the top of every screen. When the menu drops down, select "Change Password." You will fill in the form fields as follows:
Current Password: The "Current Password" is the employee's current password.
New Password: The "New Password" is the new password you create. Choose a password that has a combination of letters and numbers that is between four (4) and seventeen (17) characters in length. Your password will be case-sensitive, so you must use the same capitalization each time. For example, password named "aBcD123" cannot be "abcd123" or "ABCD123". Only "aBcD123" would be accepted.
Confirm New Password: The "Confirm New Password" is the re-entry of the "New Password" for proper security verification.
Once the new password has been entered and confirmed, click the "Submit" button.

| Q: |
What if I forget my password?
|
| A: |
For security reasons, you are required to change your initial password provided so that you are the only person who knows it. Please notify your company's Administrator so the bank can provide a new initial password. You will need to change your password the next time you use E-Corp.
***You will also be required to reset your password every three months.
|
| Q: |
Do I need special software to support E-Corp?
|
| A: |
No special software is needed because E-Corp is provided through the Internet. However, to ensure that you have access to the full range of functionality, you should use a browser that supports these features.
- We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (or greater) with Service Pack 2. You can download it now for best results. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher is supported; however functionality is limited with lower browser versions.
- Netscape users should use Netscape 6.1 or higher. Netscape Communicator 4.61 or higher is supported, however functionality is limited.
Your financial information is best viewed with a screen resolution of 800x600 or greater.

| Q: |
When I try to Log In I receive a message saying "Log In Information Is Missing or Invalid"
|
| A: |
Your Access ID and password must be entered exactly. Both the Access ID and password are case sensitive. Check whether your Caps Lock key is enabled or not.
For example, if your password is ECorp1234 you must enter ECorp1234 , not ecorp1234 or ECORP1234 .
If you are a new user, check with your Administrator to ensure that you are entering your initial Access ID and password exactly as they were created.
If you have previously Logged In successfully and are unable to Log In again, contact your Administrator. For security purposes, you are able to attempt logging in 3 times unsuccessfully. After the third unsuccessful attempt, you will be locked out of the system for 15 minutes. You will only be permitted to be locked out three times. After the third lock-out, your account will be disabled and your Administrator will need to reset you or contact the Bank.
|
| Q: |
Why does the computer seem to be slow?
|
| A: |
There is a lot of functionality with E-Corp and your data is sensitive, so it may take longer compared to other websites you visit. Your data needs to be encrypted before it is sent through the Internet, and then decrypted before you view it. This requires a SSL (secure sockets layer) connection that can take more time.
Many other factors can affect the speed with which you view websites, including high traffic times of the day. The most important factor is the speed of the modem for your Internet connection. Because of the security and intensity of E-Corp data, you should choose the fastest modem connection available for optimum use.
