Notice of Travel

YOUR McFarland State Bank Debit Card – ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED!

Protecting you from unauthorized use of your debit card is a top priority at McFarland State Bank. When traveling out of state, please contact us immediately or fill out an online Notice of Travel.

Please note, due to an industry-wide increase in debit card fraud, we've recently implemented blocking transactions in multiple states and taken precautionary measures appropriate to safeguard your account.

NOTE: You may receive a phone call from McFarland State Bank confirming your submission.

If you experience ANY problems while traveling with your debit card, please call 1-800-472-3272. We encourage you to add this phone number to the back of your debit card. As always, we also suggest carrying multiple forms of payment, such as alternate credit/debit cards or cash.

Where possible, we also encourage you to use your PIN to complete your purchase transactions. Your Debit Card PIN is the same number you would use at an ATM. If you do not know your PIN, please contact us to reset.

For your protection, if suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you may be contacted by McFarland State Bank or a fraud specialist calling – on our behalf – to verify the transaction in question.

We sincerely appreciate your business. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

Debit Card Travel Tips: write the 24/7 contact number on the back of your card (1-800-472-3272) and always carry multiple form of payment when traveling! Where possible, use your PIN to complete your purchase transactions.
